PUBLIC NOTICE

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Branford, LLC intends to submit a
Certificate of Need Application to the Office of Health Strategy pursuant to § 19a-
638 of the Connecticut General Statutes for the establishment of an inpatient
rehabilitation hospital at 596, 612 & 616 East Main Street, Branford, Connecticut
06405. The estimated capital expenditure in connection with the establishment of
this facility is approximately $69,537,000.
